We will access the laundry dryer duct from inside where the dryer is located and clear any debris restricting proper airflow to the exterior. We then, from the outside, suck up any lint debris that is blocking the exterior vents.
This does not require access inside the suite. We will clear any debris that is blocking and restricting proper airflow to exterior vent. A skip hose is inserted into the exterior vent and propelled inside the ducting to pull out any debris that has accumulated inside. The lint trap and debris are then cleared as best as possible.
Occasionally the dryer vent trap covers may be clogged. We can clear any debris on the trap covers to allow adequate airflow for proper ventilation.
Booster Fan that are attached to dryer ducts on the Dryer are opened and inspected. Any debris that blocking and preventing proper airflow will be cleared.
We will clear any debris inside the gutters the will prevent the gutters from draining properly through the downspouts. This will prevent the gutters from overflowing and obstruct the flow of water away from your home.
We will install gutter strainers for the downspouts which would allow the gutters to drain properly. These gutters may still become clog as the strainer can no longer prevent debris after a prolong period of time.
